We built HitReplAI with a minimal data philosophy. We collect only what we need to enhance your draft replies.
1. Introduction
HitReplAI is a Chrome extension that improves the tone and clarity of your draft replies. We do not sell data, and we avoid collecting personal information.
2. What We Collect

3. What We Don’t Collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, browsing history, full message history, cookies, or third-party analytics identifiers.
4. How AI Processing Works
When you enhance a reply, the draft text is sent to our Cloudflare Worker which forwards it to OpenRouter for processing. We do not persist message content.
5. Pro Subscriptions
Payments are handled by Polar. We receive only the device ID, subscription status, and (if provided by Polar) the email used for payment restoration.
6. Data Retention
Usage counters expire within 48 hours. Aggregated analytics expire after 90 days.
7. Your Rights
You can reset your device ID by clearing the extension’s local storage. For support, contact us at support@hitreplai.com.
